- Since orders are processed immediately, there are no cancellations allowed after order has been submitted.
- BDA is not responsible for typing errors or mistakes made by customers who enter search information.
- BDA is not responsible for blocked record results to email addresses that do not allow or spam our emails based on the customer email security settings. Customers who do NOT receive results in the normal turnaround time, must contact us by phone at 219-629-3260.
- Reason for search must match one of the legal exemption choices listed. Under Federal Law (Driver Privacy Protection Act), reason for a license plate lookup is required. To view acceptable reasons, click here.
